We accept returns of all full-price merchandise within 30 days of the order shipment date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.

International Customers (Outside the US): Please use an international courier to ship the return to our Hong Kong warehouse address.
US Customers: Please use a local US courier to ship the return to our US warehouse address.

After Your Return is Delivered
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Once processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Refund & Exchange Details
Non-Quality Issues: If the original packaging seal has been broken or the product has been unsealed, a refund of 80% of the order value will be issued.
Quality-Related Issues: For products with verified quality issues, a free replacement or a full refund will be provided.
